Enabling  the patient to seamlessly transfer their vitals to the internet without any interruptions in their daily activities. This information collected 24 7 is traditionally not available to obtain outside of a hospital setting. As long as the watch is charged and on the patient’s wrist the data collected day and night will be transferred to the healthcloud. It will monitor and record the patients temperature, Blood Oxygen, Heart rate, blood pressure, activity, mood swings and can detect if the patient has an abnormal heart rate. Then transmit the collected vitals through cellular connectivity to the health cloud without the use of a personal cellphone. This watch has the same capabilities as the Smart Vital Watch with the addition of cellular technology built in and the ability of functioning as a gateway by accepting bluetooth signals and uploading them to the health cloud through cellular.  Offering real-time vital transmission, GPS capability and two way communication with the health team or emergency services. If the user vitals are trending badly our A I electronic nurse will alert the user through text or IVR communication and if appropriate a live person from the care team will speak to the patient through the watch. The watch was not created for the use of emergencies however the information of knowing who the user is, where they are located and the current health vitals can assist in the emergency call. The vital watch offers information about the user that will better define what the underlying health problem is or based on the patient current health trend what problem may occur in the future . The user can implement communication by tapping three times on the watch face and the first responder will be the A I electronic nurse asking, is this an emergency if not who would they like to speak with.

SunVision started manufacturing electronic video products in Shenzhen China and during the past few years partnered with other companies located outside of China to finish the manufacturing of the products within their country borders.   SunVision factory is FDA approved and currently manufactures multiple types of home monitoring equipment in China and outside China to support the remote patient monitoring from home needs though out the world. SunVision manufactures four pieces of home monitoring equipment that transmits cellularly through the traditional cell phone or through our unique cellular gateway that is available as a stand alone product or through our new Dr Watch.   Coined from the super hero Danger Ranger.  The watch is built with cellular capabilities and will function as a gateway to collect vitals from other home testing devices like a weight scale and pill dispenser then upload the test results to the health cloud.   The cellular sim card embedded into the DR Watch is capable of connecting through cell towers in most countries.     SunVision manufactures five products for home monitoring that  include the DR Watch, Controlled Medication Dispenser, Pill Dispenser, TV Router and the weight scale. The DR Watch will be assembled in the USA starting in 2024 from Daytona Beach, facility.    Other SunVision products that must have FDA licensed through  other manufactures is inventoried in Daytona facility that include the body thermometer, pulse oximeter, Glucose Meter, Blood Pressure Monitor, and ECG monitor. Included with the equipment is an award winning software platform that is included with the equipment at no additional charge. The software and support is included in the all inclusive cellular cost of $5.00 per month per watch. The software was built by Smart Health 1on1 and is an optional feature.   The software platform available for the USA market is managed and supported by Smart Health  support center located in Cebu Philippines. The software is HIPPA compliant and documents the needed information for the health care professionals to bill Medicare for the RPM CPT Codes and G0511.

SunVision  offers home health monitoring equipment for the RPM market and partnered with Myanss to supply the remote registered nurses required for CPT Code 99457.    These specialty trained nurses will service one patient or one hundred patients with the same enthusiasm.

Remote patient monitoring is their profession and they enjoy working with patients whom they can get to know and care for. Myanss nurses don’t consider the amount of time spent on each patient they simply do what is needed for each of them and our software tracks the amount of time spent and the results of their efforts. Most doctor practices fail to fulfill the needs for Medicare RPM requirements and are not reimbursed for their time or expenses. Why? The nurses working within the practice have too many other responsibilities and they lack the support group that our remote nurses have to help them for arranging the phone call and help with documenting the patient files. Myanss nurses do more and cost less to perform the needs of RPM. They have unlimited help from our call center to perform all the busy work. Leaving the Nurses to do what they do best. SunVision has options that include the home based cellular gateway or the DR Watch allows monitoring of the patient outside of the home.

SunVision selected Smart Health software platform because of the years of being in usage and the large volume of people the software has supported. The platform meet all the requirements needed to qualify for the Medicare and Medicaid RPM reimbursement.  Embedded into the platform is their A I nurse that monitors the vitals supplied multiple times per day though the cellular gateways. For those companies who have created their own platform can utilize the cellular gateway embedded into the DR Watch and gather blue tooth from other devices not supplied by SunVision like Dexcom Continuous Glucose Monitoring system.

The billing code for FQHC facilities is G0511 and the code will be payable as of January 2024. Prior to the FQHC code approved for national use. The Artificial Intelligence built into our health cloud will recognize health trends and warn the patient and care giver of these trends through Text, Email and IVR. Clovis rental solution allows the physicians a path to implement remote patient monitoring within their practice without any out of pocket expenses for the physician practice or any additional workload for their nurses. The rental package includes the technical requirements needed to bill cpt code 99454 and the clinical requirements needed to bill cpt code 99457. Clinical requirements consist of a registered nurse spending a minimum of twenty minutes each month reviewing the vitals collected from the patients home and having a phone conversation with the patient discussing the results.
